Has anyone else heard the heartbeat sound in GTA V’s sewers?

Deep underground in Los Santos you can hear a steady, thumping heartbeat. Like, an actual heartbeat.

What makes it creepier is the graffiti down there. There are heart symbols with “Los Santos” right next to it. Feels like Rockstar’s literally saying 'heart of Los Santos'.

They’ve done this before, too. GTA IV had the Statue of Happiness heart hidden inside her chest.

Do you think this was intentional or just a weird sound design?
