Is there a link here? Gastro issues since Feb and blood clot on renal vein. Please help my doctors are writing me off with stress related IBS.

40F UK. Feb I had a change of bowel habits mushy stools orange, yellow sometimes green ,constipation and pain in lower left abdomen and sloshing noises in lower left abdomen bloating constantly all still on going and lost some weight unintentionally sometimes pain under left rib and silent reflux. Test I have had done- X2 CT scan with contrast of the chest, abdomen and pelvis found blood clot on renal vein. MRI with contrast of pelvis found fibroids in uterus. Ultrasound of pelvis found fibroids. Colonoscopy found polyps came back benign. CRP blood test normal. CA125 15 Kidney, liver, full blood count B12, A1C all normal. Calprotectin stool sample 30 H pylori negative from stool sample Celiac negative from blood test No blood detected in fit test and never seen in stools. Colorectal team have now referred me back to GP and said I have stress related IBS but obviously this doesn’t cause weight loss and blood clots. Please help because now I am really stressed and worried about what is going on inside my body. Thank you
