Whatever you may think of the US as a country or it's policy towards Israel, this should really be condemned by everyone. The UN shouldn't be held hostage to US politics as an international organization. Even politicians on a US sanction list should be represented in New York if their countries wishes that to be so.

Yes there is a difference between allowing them to have an embassy in DC and giving them for the UN. UN representatives should be given visa's regardless of the US stance towards their country.
