A lot of people are praying for a last-minute deal, as it is in the works concurrently.

To clarify, their plans by the October is for Gaza city in the north. ~1M people to be displaced, this will be one of the largest and most devastating. It’s also mixed on how realistic success will be. Keep in mind they still haven’t captured Rafah or areas further north, we keep seeing “security incidents” which refer to resistance operations against the military.

More and more people are making their way out of Gaza. But I’m scared for our brothers and sisters in Gaza too.

Hamas agreed to a ceasefire well over a week ago and Israel rejected it, as this has never been about Hamas, it's about a land grab.

I can't see Netanyahu stopping unless the US puts an end to it. It's a US proxy genocide and it's the US administration who is financing it. It was Trump who posited the idea of a 'Riviera' and he brought in his son in law, Kushner, who has a veated interest in real estate, to recent talks on Gaza, as well as war criminal, Tony Blair. Trump also has a huge interest in real estate. I can't see him having an incentive to stop the genocide, as it appears he and his cronies are looking to profit off it by selling prime waterfront real estate in the Gaza 'Riviera'.

I don't know what the future is, but if Netanyahu succeeds in his ethnic cleansing, it's unlikely these Gazans will ever get to return. The Palestinians ethnically cleansed in the Nakba never got to return.

If there is mass ethnic cleansing in Gaza, it will be one of the biggest stains on humanity. The international community's complicity in the genocide is already one of the darkest chapters in history.
