I see a lot of people of Youtube and Reddit and whatnot talk about "making a mistake diary" and learning from it, but I'm struggling to incorporate this into some sort of reasonable study session.

For instance, today I solved a past paper and wrote down: 'Mistake: Assuming that collagen triple helices are joined to each other by hydrogen bonds. Correction: They are held together by covalent bonds.'

Now what do I do? Do I go over this everyday? Do I turn it into a flashcard? I'm confused

How do I study multiple subjects (like chem & bio, which both have lab components)? Can you guys share your study techniques that you swear by?

I am a freshman in uni (just graduated from high school) and I am so overwhelmed by all of my subjects right now. It felt like all of the studying I did in high school does not make sense.

My usual study routine: Make notes + read those notes + memorize what is needed + if I have time, I'll make flashcards, then I'll go through those flashcards when I need to review for an exam.

I tried the Pomodoro Technique before, but I would always "overtime" and would prefer to finish what I'm doing before taking a break, so it does not really work for me.

I hope someone could give me good advice🙏 I'm feeling burnout lately too :(

I've always had a hard time remembering what I learned. But only when it comes to Law! I am an A+ student but law messes with my head. I forget easily! It's not like I don't have a passion for it, I love it actually.
