Question How do you actually record and learn from your mistakes
I see a lot of people of Youtube and Reddit and whatnot talk about "making a mistake diary" and learning from it, but I'm struggling to incorporate this into some sort of reasonable study session.
For instance, today I solved a past paper and wrote down: 'Mistake: Assuming that collagen triple helices are joined to each other by hydrogen bonds. Correction: They are held together by covalent bonds.'
Now what do I do? Do I go over this everyday? Do I turn it into a flashcard? I'm confused
