Nice pictures! Everytime I see the Parthenon, it looks more put together as if the restoration is improved in the last 10 years! Damn Brits won’t give back the rest of the portico. (Elgin Marbles) Ahh Porto Katsiki! I want to make time this year before I go to Naples.

Incredible - where/what area would you recommend staying in lefkada? it looks like these beaches are far from where I'm seeing the highest amount of airbnb options

I stayed in this area. The beaches are far which is why I took the island hopping tour! But the area I stayed in is just a couple minutes away from the port

Thank you for the great pics. Could you please tell us where the pics are from? I mean some are obvious, but nevertheless.

If you don't mind, I have another question? How was Poros? How does it compare to Aegina (if you stayed in Aegina)?
1
u/Cheesycatbiscuit Jul 19 '25
There was definitely more to see in Poros compared to Aegina… but I can’t talk about Aegina that much because it was just a day trip compared to my 10 day stay in Poros (my plan was to go around the Saronic Islands from there)

Greece looks like a dream, and you hit such a perfect mix of popular and lesser-known spots. Spetses and Parga aren’t on most people’s radar, how did you choose them?

Awesome pictures ! Going to parga in oct so would like to hear your thoughts on it ?

Would love any advice for Poros. Thinking of doing a day trip from Hydra. Did you do a boat tour there or have any beach clubs to recommend?

Thala...Sea Beach Bar-Restaurant
I stayed here on most of my beach days. I loved the food, people, and atmosphere
I didn’t do a boat tour but I stayed for 10 days
