Movie clip lied to me

There was some movie with some 90s dudebro going and I paraphrase, "that's what I like about highschoolers, I get older and they stay the same" I saw this as a child and accepted it as a fact, not knowing what he liked about highschoolers. Kinda just said, yeah 16 year olds would be 16 when you're 40 or whatever. Didn't think much about it.

I'm 33 now, that guys age of older, I'm not sure what. But he lied. I look at a 16 year old and think, that is a child. Every year they seem to get younger and younger. like an actual child. They didn't stay the same age, they got younger. Like what the fuck are you doing being older than 20 and remotely thinking about highschoolers in anyway. What the fuck is wrong with people.

My entire childhood adults sexualized teens. Now I'm just horrified by older men including my father who want to do look at highschoolers like that
