If the law doesn't care then I'm sorry for you. I'm assuming you're in the states, in Which case if this type of reaction is considered appropriate then all of the police brutality problems will never go away.
There's no need to pity us in the states. 99.9999999% of people go about their business everyday not getting struck by a police officer. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
I get that, I'm just saying that the ones defending the officer are probably also the ones that will cry brutality if it ever happens to them. I've seen videos of good officers etc too, the ratio of videos just seems the wrong way
She can file a claim for police brutality, might end up with a bit of a payout depending on how injured she was and how outrageous her behavior was overall. Why was she being removed at all?
Was she just spilling beer on people or did she just stab a rival fan in the throat?
Excessive Force. Excessive force refers to force in excess of what a police officer reasonably believes is necessary. ... Whether the police officer has used force in excess of what he reasonably believed necessary at the time of action is a factual issue to be determined by the jury.
Fat pig policemen probably use even more steroids, but are too lazy to do the work, so just have the rage, or the fear, and yeah these 4 were probably afraid of a 50kg drunk been held and molested by 4 assholes.

They aren't peace officers anymore. They changed the name years ago. They are LEOs now. Law enforcement officers.
