It's easy entertainment and our old brains can't resist. At least that's how I excuse myself for not quitting when I know I would be better off without it.

Yeah, this. I also get a lot of my news and modern history stuff here, so I don’t know. It’s educational too, but sometimes the comments just irritate me. Also easier said than done, Reddit tbh is kinda a drug in a way.

For the same reason i keep on reading the comment section on news articles shared on facebook. Because I'm a masochist and I hate my self.
