The same thing... Still a cop using excessive force on a person who is already restrained.

You aren’t restrained if you’re able to slap cops.

I️ didn’t see the beginning of the video, but odds are she didn’t comply with the first request of walking out. That was step one of not trying to restrain her and using excessive force.

And before they started to slap her they were also not using excessive force.

The man hit her far too hard and should not have done that, which I️ already stated. She was not restrained though, which was my original comment.

I’m not sure why people think I’m doing anything other than saying they should not have hit her that hard and stating a fact about her not being restrained, but here we are.
