The same thing... Still a cop using excessive force on a person who is already restrained.

Restrained to me is when it’s impossible to fight back; her arm was still free and she hit the cop.

Her legs were restrained, so she didn’t do any kicking, her arms were not.

I’m often against cop actions I see on reddit, this one I’m okay with.

I’ve yet to hear what these armchair cops like yourself would have done in the situation. Two days on the job and you’d probably be doing worse than this cop did.
