You must come from a country where no one has ever been intoxicated and assaulted a cop. Where are you from?!?

So let me get this straight. I can come to your country. Go to an establishment that serves alcohol, get intoxicated and belligerant to the point where i attract your police officers. When they get there, I can resist arrest and then strike them in the head. What you are telling me is that NOT ONE OFFICER in your ENTIRE COUNTRY would react like that. Every single officer in the country of...... what country are you from again?!?....... will peacefully, politely, and NON-VIOLENTLY restrain me and take me to jail, after I punch them in the face. That is what you are claiming, right? Thats what I get out of your original post.
