I miss the sing-a-long lyrics of 90s HHC. All we're getting now are vocal packages, or pop/trance vocals placed in Hardcore tracks, which has its place, but I miss the cheesy original lyrics

UK Hardcore inspired by the 00's with a dark edge

Over the past couple of years I've completely fallen for J-Core, and as someone who grew up on Helter Skelter tape packs in the late 90's, but drifted away from hardcore as the UK scene fizzled out in the mid 00's, I can honestly say this is the most excited I've been about hardcore since I was a teenager.

I put this mix together as a bit of a gateway for people coming from the same place as me musically. Expect big, uplifting melodies, lots of sing-along vocals (mostly in English), and the occasional bit of downright naughtiness.

I decided to take my least viewed tunes and put them into a mix. This is a poor attempt to try and get them some more views. Surely there’s life left in the old dog yet…

I made this Happy Hardcore remix of Kesha’s BOY CRAZY. a little while back for her remix competition. I didn’t win, and I was a bit worried it might get flagged for copyright if I made it public on SoundCloud. But, there’s a ton of other remixes on there that haven’t been taken down, so I’m finally getting around to sharing mine as well. Enjoy!
