Chat rooms/ support groups?

I was just wondering if there are any group chats or support groups for people suffering with anxiety that could talk to eachother and share help? ive gone through a lot of my journey with health anxiety alone and i think it could be helpful if i has someone to talk to that can understand

I’d love some too! Something kinda active too. i know that a bunch of us seeking reassurance may be bad, but i do think its made ME think more rationally when im able to extend advice to others
