GR: Can somebody help him? THAT'S YOU STERLING!!
Sterling got on the station with Bryant. Sterling didn't ask how can i help, what can I do, etc so when the halibut was presented raw, he kicked them both out. Sounds fair to me.

That whole service boils my piss like no tomorrow. Both teams got off to such a great start on apps. Almost no mistakes in both kitchens for the first half. And then out of nowhere, Chef Ramsay flips his lid over any mistake. The whole Blue Team got thrown into the pantry for a raw fish and overseasoned garnish, when entrées had just started. Then he kicks 3 people out for making a few mistakes, and he even kicks out the Red Team when they were starting to get entrées out. And then, he lets the Blue Team finish without 3 chefs. It just infuriates me to my core. If Chef Ramsay had just let things roll, it could've been a dream service. But because there were some "VIPs" in the dining room, everything had to go out flawlessly. And then the 3 Stooges of Aaron, Steve, and Santos got the idea that getting half the team kicked out would help them succeed. Just so annoying. Season 13 is a great watch, but the services, and even some whole episodes, are so maddening at times.

Another unfair ejection was when Gordon kicked out Cyndi because she happened to be standing near the chefs who were fucking up. She even brought it up in a confessional:
"What the fuck am I getting kicked out for? Chef, are you fucking kidding me right now? You're kicking me out because Jacqueline and Amanda can't cook a freaking filet?"
