Can't wait to see this on r/ExplainTheJoke anyways tomorrow but here we go
The guy getting interviewed has a speech issue where he pronounces J as Y. So the interviewer though he went to Yale (a prestigious college) for 4 years, when in actuality he went to jail for 4 years.

Because interviews always happen on the street.
Also, very not realistic. As if an Indian dude would hire a non-Indian. Bloody!

For anyone wondering, he meant to pronounce it as "job" instead of "yob", as a bit of a flub. Hope this helps!

It’s because dude went to jail for 4 years not Yale. He switches his j and y. So that’s the joke.

I like how the interviewer didn't even bother to verify his "Yale" credentials lol.

I miss the days where people would call out a creator if they took an idea from someone else. We’re so disillusioned by watching the same jokes repeated by hundreds of creators that it doesn’t even matter anymore and it doesn’t inspire people to think of their own jokes.

I mean yob is pronounced the same way you say job in Norwegian, which is also "job." He probably took a Norwegian lesson during Yale & wanted to show a little part of his Yale education
