The guy: "Have you ever heard the tragedy of Madame Déficit the wise? "

Cops: "No?"

The Guy: "I thought not, its not a story the French elites would tell you. Its a story about a dark lord of France so powerful and so wise, she could use the economy to influence midichlorians to create cake. She had shuch knowledge of the economy she could even keep the ones she cared about from starving."

if it's a Madame, thus a lady and not a lord, it's going to be a she pronoun. Sorry.

(Plus, worth mentioning, but a Madame here is a brothel head lady)
