Is that license plate Arizona ELA2KS? Vin 1GCPDBEK8RZ116547...(?) Phoenix, AX? 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom

Gee, it sure would be a shame if this guy got into a fender bender and someone searched up his license plate and/or VIN and found this historical evidence of his driving behavior.

I'm pretty sure you can still report them with video evidence like this, they broke a couple traffic laws which would make for a juicy fine for the local PD.

You can't see whose driving... also I've always been told the police will do nothing about things like this. Of course, I've never tried, so... what do I know. They might do something in this case because of the slight damage to the median, but... I kind of doubt it.
