Driving on the sidewalk like that should be an instant and mandatory 1 year suspension with no chance of expungement. Same with people who park in fire lanes!

I had one DWI, which was a bogus charge, because it turns out they were stopping every vehicle driving down that particular sidewalk. That's profiling. And profiling is wrong.

That sidewalk heading south on Racine? I don’t understand why anyone would need to drive on the sidewalk here and I’ve never seen it happen any other time
