Discussion Kill Your Darlings? Thoughts?

Post image

Just finished reading this and Im curious everyone’s thoughts. Not gonna post spoilers but my main frustration was the final chapter felt like a rush to the end. There was so much build up and then MILLION MILES PER HOUR. I appreciated the original story mixing fantasy with horror (even if some was more graphic than I personally prefer.) What does everyone else think?

Good stuff but ya this would have been so good at 10-12 issues with more breathing room.

Yeah, it felt like issue 7 should have been the end of the arc. 8 years later could have been a good way to do maybe a 4-5 issue concluding arc

The team that did this have two awesome comics out right now, Blink and You’ll Miss It and Godzilla: Escape the Dead Zone
