Idk how to contact support, I can’t do anything I do get an email from instagram but that’s all, with a code, the hacker put 2FA into my account, I can’t do anything When I tap on support it tells me to take an pic/vid of myself, but first I have to give them my email, I did but I never received an code…please help

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice. Up until now I’ve been handling Instagram for a couple of clients with a really simple setup: Google Sheets + reminders on my phone. It worked okay when it was just me, but now our team is growing and the chaos is real.

Right now, I’m trying to schedule Instagram posts and schedule Instagram stories across multiple accounts, but it feels like I’m constantly switching tools and losing track of feedback. Not great.

What I really need is a proper Instagram content calendar that makes it easy to plan everything in one place, keep the team aligned, and still be affordable. Most of the big-name platforms I’ve checked out either feel too expensive for where we’re at or don’t have the collaboration features we need.

If you’ve found something affordable that actually works for scheduling posts and stories, I’d love to hear your recommendations (or even hacks you’ve figured out).

Hi! I was playing through the reels I have scheduled and noticed something I wanted to edit in one of them. It won’t let me edit now that it’s scheduled, so I attempted to delete it. It says “deleting..” and then doesn’t delete. So I tried to “upload now” so I can delete that was. It says “posting…” and never posts. So it’s just locked in my scheduled content tab waiting to post in a few days???

What do I do? Other than wait for it to post lol

So, I have had my IG account for over 10 years now. I mainly post my photography (landscapes, city, etc). Is there some kind of trick to get more interactions with my posts? I used to get a couple hundred likes or whatever and now I barely hit teen numbers with my posts. I feel like nobody is seeing my posts.

I try to use appropriate hashtags and time of day but I have over a few thousand followers and barely have any interaction from any of them.

Is there some kind of trick or reset button to get back on track or what I am missing to get more interactions from anyone?

When you say dm or ask someone to dm you it takes down your comment and can lead to suspension.

I really hate this app they do everything in their power to make life miserable for their users.

are they doing this all for their top users (instagram models/celebs) or are they doing this for liability reasons?

I tried other forms, google, settings and all. I my app and phone are both in spanish and on facebook it has the option to select original audio if a video is being translated. However, on Instagram, if the video is in english it will translate to spanish and if I switch the app to english then spanish reels will be in english. How can I select it to where I can only do reels in original audio?

I received recovery code(I didnt request it) and it was 9 letters. I know someone tried to have access to my account but I changed my password and everything.

I’m just curious if it’s normal to send letters as recovery code. Because it was not a fake mail. And right after that I tried it myself and I received 8 digit numbers code.

For no reason whatsoever, IG randomly decided I’m a bot and issued me brand new restrictions but now I can’t even send DMs without uploading my photo ID. 😭

I recently found my older instagram account and i wanted to clear it up a bit because when i logged in, i followed 3k people. i managed to unfollow almost 1k people in like 3 hours but it didnt let me go further. it has now been 2 days and i still cannot unfollow anybody. i NEED to clear it up and unfollow like another 2k accounts. how can i do it and how long do i wait until i can unfollow again? i just wish ig could let us unfollow in big quantities and not one by one and then also flag it as spam/bot activity. smh. thanks for answers

I want to know if hiding stories for a new follower prevents them from seeing my old highlights which I already had posted on my account, those highlights were posted to all my followers without hiding anyone.

There are like 2 or 3 friends that I’ve know For years that constantly send me reels all day long. To the point where I’m seeing message notifications almost non stop.

It feels like the most I can do is mute their specific message pane in the messages section within the Instagram app.

Surely there’s gotta be a better more effective way to never see their messages right?

Hello, I started a group chat for some of my exclusive business accounts. I sent a welcome message and I got a ton of auto replies, which is fine , but then they started answering each other and it’s starting to make an almost infinite loop. What can I do to prevent this? The businesses are sometimes closed or busy at the moment. So then having auto replies is fine for them.
