Instant Ramen Review Trying carbonara buldak
I was so excited to try it but I can't even handle how spicy it is at the first little taste 😠Edit: I normally like spicy stuff like Takis and other stuff but I dunno what is making this so bad for my tongue and lips

You get used to it! Add Kewpie mayo, any cheese, some milk, or even less of the sauce packet. I used to struggle with it but now find it no trouble at all. 2x spicy is too much for me still.

Capsaicin, welcome to chili, this is completely normal and expected

You can use less of the hot sauce packet. While I can handle the whole sauce packet, sometimes I only use half to enjoy the food without torturing myself.

The "hot sauce packet" is what the buldak sauce is, if you don't want that just buy a different brand like ottogi stir fry cheese (altho imo the soup version is way better)

A single slice of American cheese can help cut the heat on lots of ramens.

Adding a little sautéed garlic in sesame oil is awesome and brings the heat down a notch

Full packet = Way too spicy.
Try: Half the buldak sauce(or less) and I find that cream cheese works great as well in cutting the heat.
There is a balance point where it is a magical and addictive flavor.

Add a bit of milk in it after you strain the water. Also add a bit of cheese and stir well
Just a tip if you cant handle the spice yet
