Ramen Hack This combination goes hard.

Post image

Anyone else tried combining these? Strain to a little bit of water before adding the Toomba powder, splash of sesame oil at the end. I promise it doesn't disappoint, you have to be hungry though.

I've been trying different mixes of ramen since I saw a chef do it somewhere on YouTube. I think he used Shin Black and Buldak Carbonara though, which honestly goes harder than this but it's all I have.

I feel like you can't really go wrong with Shin Black in any combination.

Interesting stuff. Do you mean you add all the powders? Ends up a little soupy? I like mixing the black and kimchi flavours, eating with eggs & kimchi. Keen to give this a go.

I feel like my heart says the same when it sees the combined sodium content in a single bowl

Do you make the toomba liquidy? or drop some of the water from the black? (i can imagine toomba hits hard with shin green)
