Compensation for delay Trenitalia

Hey Guys, I need a specific help. I have bought tickets for the InterCity Notte and we we're running over two hours late. Now I want to get my 50% refund, but I have no clue we're and how to request ist. Also the website of Trenitalia don't help me at all. Had anyone in this community done this bevore and could Help me?

Sadly the way described on the website bei using my personal area for online Tickets isn't working, that was why i asked.
