Kaitrin Snodgrass is a storyboard revisionist on the show, and she was recently asked if specifically if this mark was gay and gave confirmation.

Personally I've feel it makes logical sense that in the infinite multiverse that there are versiond of you that have different sexualities and backgrounds, and it gives us much more depth to each variant aside " he's mark but evil". Remember as always guys this is for fun discussion and nothing else.

I wonder if Viltrumites give a shit about being gay. Probably not as long as you're still strong. Heck, if they breed now and again to help the ranks, they probably wouldn't be able to afford losing you.
