So far I’ve understood and agreed with most of Cecil’s decisions but this one’s got me questioning him 😂

All he has to do is install a thing in his head the same way Mark had and it should be 100% safe

SAFE?!?!? Dude, even if he can kill him with that device, the few minutes of conquest rampaging around before he dies would be catastrophic.
