I keep forgetting Oliver has perfect memory, and you’re right. It makes his actions much more impactful

Yeah, like him wanting Mark to kill Angstrom is far different to how he killed the Maulers. Oliver remember Angstrom shattering Debbie's leg and screaming about how he'll make her and him hurt, all while he was powerless to do anything.
