Although she’s not an idiot. She’ll have to secretly contact Cecil at some point

I think it would go in the reverse direction. Her past experiences would make her apprehensive and she would be crushing that panic button the second she could. She is a resilient parson but this is some saint level compassion that has no place in reality.
