Difference is how the characters now act in the present. These two Invincibles are still actively butchering innocent people to get what they want, whereas Omni Man has stopped. Doesn't excuse what Omni Man did, not by a long shot. But these two are no better than that Invincible who snapped Eve's neck to paralyze her and keep her around.

People change...I'm not saying trust him inherently, but if he has a change of heart let him earn his trust back (trust but verify)...
