Ask them for a detailed list of the documents they need to get you set up, and get all the documents in asap. Check in with them regularly. There were so many delays with mine over them somehow losing documents that I'd email them and they would forget also to ask for certain documents.
Oh god, that's terrible! I filled out all their forms and sent in everything the school asked of me two weeks ago during induction... You'd think they would say everything they need 😮💨
