NQT and can't seem to get a job or any interviews. I will be subbing for now but can't help think that I'll never be able to settle in one school and get a contract Have this year and next year to get droichead done

Sorry to hear that. It took me three years to get a full time position that lead to my CID. I've had friends walk into a job year one. Its largely being lucky to have a job availability in your area. You'll get there, but yeah it sucks for now.
