The heck are you talking about? There's clearly more voice acting with a different script, and the end of the trailer explicitly says that there are new additions to the game AND a tweaked story, to the point where they also include the original version with the WotL translation. They even showed one of the differences in that you can see the timeline of which unit gets to act when.

Kinda glad they didn't go HD2D and kept the original style. As a style HD2D games all kinda look too similar IMO.

So they went all-out on Tactics Ogre Reborn, but all we get is a filter and more voice acting

... What?

That's the main thing Reborn did to Tactics Ogre; In fact, the filter is the primary complaint ABOUT Reborn!

It didn't really get a complete graphic overhaul. It kept true to the graphical style with enhanced special effects for the spells. Most of the changes were done on the backend like with the leveling system, rebalancing, and additional story. If you were to take a screenshot of the original and compared to the new version, The new versions graphics are essentially cleaned up version of the original. It's one of the games strengths in my opinion

The voice acting feels a little weird. A bit disconnected from the scenes. Feels like they didn't spend a lot of time on this one.

Feels a bit early to doom given we've only seen a minute and seven second long trailer.

To be fair, the hype trailer usually shows the best bits and this is underwhelming.

This isnt even a hype trailer. It's just an announcement trailer. And it hasn't even shown what the new features are that it briefly mentions at the end. So no, it's not even showing close to any of the "best features".

Game's a known quantity and it did not show the best bits. We were shown ~25 seconds of VA excerpts from a 40+ hour game.
