📌JOB DETAILS
Position: Customer Service Agent (Non-voice - Email/Chat Support)
Start Date: September 15, 2025
Work Setup: Onsite (Robinsons Summit Center, Ayala Avenue,, Makati)
Salary: ₱22,800 (Full-Time, basic monthly offer)
Schedule: 24/7 shifting with possible night shifts. Default is 4x11 work week (4 days, 11 hours per shift).
✅️MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
English Skills: At least B2 level (upper-intermediate).
Communication: Excellent writing; can explain, persuade, and inspire.
Teamwork & Independence: Works well with others but can handle tasks alone.
Willing to Grow: Open to learning and improving.
Tech Skills: Comfortable using different tools and platforms.
Responsibility: Takes initiative, works fast, and gets things done.
Bonus: Experience in finance accounts (not required).
