Censoring on Peacock

I started rewatching the series on Peacock, and realized something strange. They bleep (mute) every instance of the word "f@g". The fact it's almost always spoken by Scott makes it even stranger. Any idea why they do this?

That's so sad to hear. The whole point of saying the word was for comedic effect. Bleeping it out ruins the point of the joke

Also, those sketches were at a time where the Gay community were taking back those pejoratives. Queer F*g etc.
