Welcome to Kamloops - check out this forlorn room for rent for $1250. Note the door crudely mounted in a frame that’s open to the ceiling. It has a TV that’s 6 feet off the ground & perched on a plywood shelf. Most of the furniture is homemade poorly. Metal folding chairs in the ‘kitchen’. Grim, grim times await whoever is desperate enough to rent it.

I saw this ad on Facebook, awesome that it made its way here. What an absolute joke. My 73-year-old mom is looking for a suite in Westsyde to be close to us, around this price. I was excited, then disgusted when I saw this.
