$1250 Room For Rent

Welcome to Kamloops - check out this forlorn room for rent for $1250. Note the door crudely mounted in a frame that’s open to the ceiling. It has a TV that’s 6 feet off the ground & perched on a plywood shelf. Most of the furniture is homemade poorly. Metal folding chairs in the ‘kitchen’. Grim, grim times await whoever is desperate enough to rent it.

I feel bad for kids starting out in adulthood these days. $1250 for that garbage is pathetic.

Reminds me of a place that I saw well looking for a place... smelled like mold and had pry bar marks all over the front door...
