Is Kamloops becoming the dog shit capital of Canada 😉?

I visit a few local elementary schools with t kids and we always have to avoid dog poop. What to do when the asshats don’t care?

Same with the nice walking trials up in Bach, just past the 1st pit. Last time we went about a month ago was brutal and so smelly, we won't be going back there. Had to dodge every step you took. Also Shubert beach near York Ave. Disgusting down there.
