Is Kamloops becoming the dog shit capital of Canada 😉?

I visit a few local elementary schools with t kids and we always have to avoid dog poop. What to do when the asshats don’t care?

It is truly wild how many dog owners are so fucking lazy. Ban private dog ownership without a license.

I mean, you do have to license your dog as a resident in the city

Really? I had no idea. Does this involve any kind of training (like a drivers license) or is just pay the fee and away you go?
