there was talk about it somewhere like years and years ago but it was a sample in a cd sample pack full of stock rap verses. that's pretty much it.

Yeah not sure the album but this is 100% true. It's from some sample CD.

No more that I've heard that exact same segment in multiple different songs. So it is very clearly a sampled segment.
