Hard call. If you do this there’s a good chance you’re being fired for a reason but if you’ve just been fired after setting that up - and they knew they were going to fire you when they made you set this up - then yeah fuck them honestly.

It really is a tough call because I’ve had employers metaphorically fuck me like this.

If you're being fired 'for cause' they don't usually give you a chance to fuck even more things up and they just chuck you out the door.

Yeah, I have to fire people sometimes and once the decision is made, you don't let them still work a shift. I mean, they're being fired for a reason. I pull them aside the minute they show up for work.

When you're fired, you're normally escorted off of the premises by either your direct manager, a member of the HR team, or a member of the security staff (if present). They don't just let you wander around, they escort you out.

I've been fired one time, they escorted me out with a hand firmly placed on my shoulder until we were in the parking lot at my car.

That was my thought this looks like a corporate hotel they definitely have security.

Sometimes, yes. Especially if you work in any kind of financial field.
