Photo/Video Rate the breakfast cook's "pie"

Post image

For context, this cook has been employed here years and all attempts to teach her anything other than breakfast have gone in one ear and out the other. EC and I have been repeatedly blocked from terming her by admin. 🙃

So, brekkie Cook took raw pie shells... baked them for about 5 minutes in the combi (so still raw) filled them with vanilla pudding mix.... and froze them. She said she thought the filling would stay set. Baby girl.... frozen pudding isn't gonna stay frozen when it aint in the freezer. Secondly, there are INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BAG TO MAKE IT PIE FILLING! When I threw them away, she still didn't understand.

Porcelain Pie I’d call it. Looks like semi solid diarrhea strewn over a pissed in toilet.

Probably the most accurate description that I easily could have lived without. +1 and well played xD

Yellow and dark brown just shouldn’t be paired together

Lol agreed. I also truly dislike the yellow/green combo. I just think vomit or flu boogers lol (side glance at Brazil)

Going to Tokyo for two weeks. Got no solid plans other than a list of restaurants I want to eat at and neighborhoods to explore. Never liked corporate jobs but as I’m getting older the perks outweigh the excessive training seminars and unnecessary b.s. I get 3 weeks a year PTO, 4 weeks once I hit the 5 year mark in a couple years.

Ouch yeah you owner chefs have to deal with bullshit i never would want or even condemn my worst enemy to that. Im classically trained in paris and once I got my coat from chef, I jumped on-board a cruise liner cause fk it, room, board, and a paycheck? SOLD!! Now I'm an exec and I basically get paid to fuck around. I love it.
