10/10, but if I was on the morning shift I would be sooo fucking mad and rate it a 1/10. Chef better get ready for 30 close up pictures of anything I can find

I had a health inspector who insisted that all hotel pans be stored ON THEIR SIDE. It was asinine, made storage awkward, and destroyed what space we did have for pans. All to ensure that the upsidedown storage style, which could lead to minor water collection in the underside of the lip of the pans (*only if they were put away not fully dry, which is a violation in itself), got abolished. Due to him getting a squirtlette of clean sanitizer water to the face from a high stored clean pan stack at some other establishment. Inspector made it his life mission to make everyone as miserable as his bunched up underwear.

Good job chef. Do you mind giving the fryers a quick go over then head home and get some rest soldier.

As close to immaculate that I've seen. Unfortunately, my time spent in corporate kitchens, there is an issue. Easy fix but, milk crates. My corporate health inspectors(we had in company health inspectors separate from municipal inspectors that had unnecessarily higher standards, like in company inspectors require high temp dish machines to temp 10 degrees hotter than the county health inspector requires) docked massive points if milk crates are used for anything arguing that they're impossible to clean which is just obvious bullshit. All that said, I'd eat off that floor, great job, sleep well knowing you've done well enough to argue the morning shift that will find something to bitch about.

Lol the one benefit of using milk or coke crates is that more always come u can just throw them nasty ones away š

Good work, sir. Oh and can you stick around for another hour or 2? I think an order should be coming in and we need you to put it up. Make sure you clock out first. /s

In the second pic, there is a piece of white detritus on the floor mat. Is this a joke to you?

Somebody wants praise because they're not getting it at work.
And I say to that, get some rest. You did a great job.
