Not gonna lie, this recipe honestly doesn’t sound great. It’s also weird cause it says young kimchi (2 weeks) which is not that young esp depending on how it’s stored, but it also says fresh kimchi, which in my opinion, sour/fermented kimchi makes a much better soup
