The cost of the winner program is about 86 million drams, 50% of which is the amount of state budget financing, 50% - the community investment.
From now on, all children registered in Artsakh will receive support, regardless of the fact that the parent is a beneficiary ․The only mandatory condition is that the parent has a registration in Artsakh.
The social assistance program can also be used by the people of Artsakh who did not receive a salary in Armenia in October. From now on, only the citizens who received salaries in Armenia in October 2020 will not be beneficiaries, instead of the citizens who received salaries in January-October 2020.
The requirement not to be a beneficiary in case of being an individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Armenia has been removed.
Thus, if the previously submitted application was rejected on the grounds of being a sole proprietor, receiving income between January 1 and September 30, and in the case of a minor not being a parent beneficiary, please submit a new application.
