Experiences working as an Application Developer at LAFD?
Does anyone work as an application developer at LAFD or know someone who does? I'm super curious about what it is like, but I cannot find any anecdotes or information online.

Fire mitigation in LA City open space parklands?
Our neighborhood is immediately adjacent to LA City open space parklands (Roscoe-Valley Circle Park). Unfortunately it does not appear that the Parks Dept is maintaining the brush within 100’ of homes. Is there an office in LAFD or possibly within Parks that can coordinate with our HOA to address mitigation efforts?
It would be great if they brought in some goats but not sure if that’s possible. Thanks in advance!
administrative vehicles
I am curious on vehicles part of the administrative side of LAFD because there is no known evidence on them such as Fire Administrator 1 and Signal 4

Callsigns
Greetings, I hope you are all doing well. I must say - online engagement through Reddit is a great idea I haven’t came across before. I wanted to ask some questions regarding senior officers within the Department, which I aim to use on MissionChief - an online dispatch simulator.
I understand you no longer update Wikipedia, however the list of callsign abbreviations seems a bit old.
1) Does the Fire Chief still use the Callsign of “Fire Chief” (FC1) - if not, what is his callsign?
2) What callsigns do the Bureau Commanders and Assistant Bureau commanders use? I believe they used to be “Command 31” (CM31), Command 32” (CM32) - if this is no longer accurate, what is?
3) What is the CAD callsign for the USAR Tender 3, based out of Station 3?
Should I have any more questions, I will reply under this thread in the future. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hoping to work with a LA firefighter to add LAFD stations to my mapping training program
I am currently working on a website that helps first responders memorize their roads and navigation in their first due. Users can enter in their fire station and draw it's response area and then it simulates calls on a map. Considering LA is such a large and busy department with dedicated firefighters, I think it would be great to add LA stations the list of premade maps. Would ant firefighters be interested in setting a few maps up? Each map only takes a couple minutes. This is normally a website I charge 1.99 a month due to having to import all the routing data, but in exchange I'll grant free access and also your fellow firefighters will benefit
