La Liga TV video quality (contast)

Since the start of the season their seems to be a lack of contast (in a video/picture sense) on la liga tv games it just seems to be washed out slightly, has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

That actually looks like a lack of HDR output in a HDR file but tbh first pick looks better for football
