Always feel fairly saddened by Longford's crowds. I mean obviously they're shite, but this is a decent-sized town with a fairly decent hinterland of villages surrounding it.

The location of their stadium is absolutely killing them.

Yeah I really jinxed that, especially with Treaty getting a last minute goal, hope you guys can get play offs anyway!

I hope Harps have an option to extend his contract or get him to sign an extension soon. Seems capable of being a 15-20 goal striker for them next season.

Guessing every club outside Dublin is already paying attention to him. Good goalscorers don't hang around in our league.

I feel Dara McGuinness was a better all-around player, but Hans has already outscored him. No doubt if 3 prem division clubs were in for Dara, there will be a lot of interest in Hans. As far as I'm aware, his contract is up in November.

I really hope so, he’s been such a treat. I dread the day a bigger league takes him from us

He's already signed for next season too.

I got to see Pierrot play for Athlone in the first division and see that he was far too good for that league while playing for an average team. Going by his goal scoring record Mpongo seems to be doing roughly the same thing.

You'd assume the only way Harps might hold on to him is if they were to pull off an incredible run at promotion.

Hopefully though he stays in Ireland and steps up to the premier division, he looks like a very natural goal scorer capable of playing week in week out for a lot of the PD clubs (definitely Galway anyway)

Yesterday hurt, we needed those three points, but I’m staying hopeful we still make a run for promotion with him. But Mpongo is only 22, with how he’s playing he’ll be on the continent before long playing for someone way out of our affordability

Incredible pass, finish and knee slide. It's a 10 from me boys. See you in the next one.
