News Kerry FC attendance
Hi all,
Was just looking at the first division games, Is this a typo on FAi connect or was there really only 48 people at the Kerry game - I very strongly suspect there is a digit missing.

Definitely wrong. I'd say it was in the 500's

That’s what I would have assumed given what the average and recent attendance figures look like, that there is either a 5 or a 6 in the beginning or any digit in the end missing

Typo or someone having a laugh, when filling in a result from my under 13 team last season I'm sure I put down a 996 attendance for one game

Even the first game of the season against Harps, the attendance eventually ended up increasing by 200 (840 vs 640)!

The app is updated often after half time or full time with (if given) the initial verbal information from the club's themselves.
Once the full reports are emailed through to the league the player stats etc and attendance are updated.
I've seen them even go back in and change the crowd by 2 or 3 to reflect the exact figure days later.
You can't get better than that. NIFL don't give official figures, he'll even the Premier leagues official site has stopped reporting. The likes of soccerway and livescore don't bother with them anymore either.
This season at the moment there are 5 unreleased attendances (one from friday), 2 are Derry matches, the other 3 are from FD.
Last season every game was reported.
2023 there were 3 games not reported, Bray-wexford, shels-dundalk, pats-sligo.
2022 all reported.

It's certainly a typo,
their lowest previous figure was in the high 500s, their averages last three seasons around the 700 mark.
