Out of curiosity, is it legal to have more than 3 jackhammers going at the same time? I am reaching my breaking point.

I was cleaning my terrace with my boyfriend and we had to scream at each other to be heard, let alone the people who live next to a construction site. They start every morning at 7 (I believe the time should actually be 8 by EU law) for a few weeks, and then they come back and continue. It's damaging for us and our pet as she became anxious. It's inhumane and mentally exhausting. To add more, they are not wearing any protective gear.

My friend's Landlord threw out all her food she had purchased for the month. When confronted about this, the Landlord laughed and brushed her off.
