Question Trade France to Libya

For the Libyans living in Libya now, what French items do you think would be good business in Libya?

I’m going to tarde but trying to collect as much data as I can.

Suggestions and advice would be appreciated

Skin care products, perfumes and those stuff which France known for having the best quality in

Yes, that makes sense to me, but I’m afraid the price might be too high once it’s converted from Euro to Libyan Dinar. And that potential customers might find it too expensive.

I believe many of these products are already quite expensive in Libya (ex. CeraVe brand) and they still get bought here mainly by wemen, obviously. so maybe there won't be an issue when it comes to selling for high prices. You should also consider sticking with female products at first since they make a huge portion of buyers when it comes to skin care and perfumes. Good luck man.

Have you also thought about cheese ?! Isn't France the best! and we already have a small cheese market arrund here

if you wanna trade a french product to Libya, then maybe the perfumes is closest cheap product for Libyans, like the Acqua di Giò's 125 ml perfume costs 774 Libyan dinar (which it's like 86 euros) and it's kinda expensive but it's buying interest hopefully, have a best of luck. :D

well yeah and it's more or less than that (774 libyan dinars not in euros), it's based on prefume's model year, if you need more easier and cheaper and more buy invest, some Libyans are intrested with food so maybe making a french cafe or french resturaunt is a siutable way too, like croissants, crepe or french sandwiches and soups.

Mon reuf je suis libyen j'ai vécu très très longtemps en France et actuellement je suis en Libye Je peux te dire que presque tout manque ici Il est presque impossible de trouver des produits de qualité et surtout à des prix abordables

Le véritable défi pour toi ce n'est pas de trouver quel produit choisir Mais comment amener des produits pour pouvoir les vendre à des prix acceptables et accessibles Des produits laitiers traditionne et authentique Cosmétique Électroménager

Si j'étais à ta place j'envisagerai également la possibilité d'ouvrir directement des usines en Libye vu les prix dérisoires en Libye Si Tu viens ici avec des euros tu peux presque tout acheter Je sais que c'est chaud de dire ça Mais profite de la situation économique qui est catastrophique Le pays est clairement en train de s'améliorer c'est le meilleur moment possible
